    Hey

I have never worked for a pro se individual.

This is for imputed income for child support. Judge ordered evaluation and both parties were to participate in choosing VE. He has an atty and that atty has never contacted me.

so I have given the pro se basic questions on how to qualify me as an expert.

This isnt a straight forward case either.

Can I also give her a consultation questions for her to consider  asking about my report and findings?

I know we do this for personal injury and other cases but can we in divorce?

since both parties had to be involved in picking VE?

    not sure of the protocol

But I know she has no clue in how to create hypo's or ask the right questions?

I know his atty will not want the report introduced or will limit it.

This is an extremely rushed case and everyone as well as judge agreed my report will come in last minute, in other words they will have like 2 days to read before court.

Anyway, can I write questions for her to ask about the report or is she just on her own?
