    Hello,
    First of all, I would like to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving. I feel that we are a very fortunate bunch.
    This is the message that I received today. The invoice was sent last month.

    Your invoice has been received and processed for payment. Please allow 10-15 business days for your deposit.

     

    Thank you,


    Why do we have to wait an additional 10-15 days from the date they process the payment.

    Hi Pedro,

    Happy Thanksgiving to you as well. We are truly blessed. I know with insurance companies, once the bill is received, it has to be approved by someone and then it goes to into a que to be paid. How quickly the money goes out depends on how long it takes the person to approve it and how  many bills are there and how many people are processing them. Some companies are faster than others. It sucks, but it's the way of the business world.
