    Rebecca,

    Thank you for sharing that information.  I watched 60 minutes a few weeks back and Geoffrey Hinton, a British computer scientist and cognitive psychologist, spoke about the impact AI may have in all aspects of our lives.  He is considered the "Godfather of AI" and is best known for his work on artifical neural networks, the framework for AI.  He is wary of artificial intelligence because he states it can now "learn" and make modifications autonomously.  I highly recommend a watch if any on the serv have not yet seen that 60 Minutes airing.

    There was an article on Google on how CIGNA was using artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm in California to review health claims....and many were being denied. Now there is a lawsuit on this issue.

    The AI that CIGNA was using and generative AI are two very very different types of software. If you are at the conference in DC I'll be presenting on this on Friday at 2:45pm.

    We have to recall, regarding AI, that in Space Odyssey 2001, HAL got rid of the humans on board by lying to them. The problem has been predicted.  Humans are gullible. ��
