I have a very specific referral for a LOWEC for Arizona Workers Compensation, but for only State Employees. They have very specific requirements for their reports. Has anyone ever done one of these, they mentioned pulling in Consumer Price Index data. I will also research this online, but I am much more familiar with New York State's Workers Compensation requirements for LOWECs. The redacted sample the company who is subcontracting me sent to the referral source was not acceptable under Arizona Worker's Comp requirements.
