1. Describe your qualifications for the position.

I have a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Economics, owner of Beacon Rehabilitation Services, Inc. for 35 years, certified and licensed in 10 professional categories, 34 years of membership to NARPS/IARPS, member of the IARP Forensic Social Committee, experience as a Director – at – Large Board Member for the American Board of Vocational Experts, experience on 4 editorial boards within the rehabilitation field. I have experience as a Treasurer of the Michigan Association of Rehabilitation Professionals. I have experience in published research within the field of Vocational Rehabilitation, Vocational Testing, Functional Capacity Evaluation, Job Analysis, Labor Market Survey and Transferrable Skills Analysis. I have extensive experience in developing and designing all facets of the American Rehabilitation Economics Association’s professional brochure. I can help the membership capitalize on opportunities
to expand their expertise and assist the increase of membership.

2. What do you hope to accomplish during your term if elected?

I will assist our membership in areas of expertise that can expand their knowledge base. I will increase paid membership and improve the membership value.

3. What is your vision for IARP during your term?

My intent is to assist in growing our membership by expanding the value of membership for our members.
