Linda M. Ferra, M.A., C.R.C., owner of Ferra and Associates, has been a Rehabilitation Counselor since 1979. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles and a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from California State University, Fresno. She has also completed post graduate work in Ergonomics at the University of Wisconsin, Madison and in Mediation at UCLA.
With a focus on saving the working relationship, she has assisted numerous employers with managing disability when it affects performance in the workplace, providing job analysis and ergonomic evaluations and facilitating the interactive process. She serves as an expert witness in civil court and in administrative hearings for the Social Security Office of Disability Adjudication and Review regarding the effects of disability on wage earning capacity. She also works with disabled veterans to develop vocational rehabilitation plans and/or improve independent living.
