I’m a U.S. Army and Iraq War Veteran currently working as a Program Analyst, where I manage large-scale training programs that enhance workforce capability and professional development. With over 15 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation and federal service, I bring a people-centered, strategic approach to career development and organizational support.
Outside of my full-time role, I run Be Empowered Career Consulting LLC—a side business where I provide career planning, and professional development coaching. I support a wide range of individuals in navigating career transitions, uncovering their strengths, and achieving meaningful work outcomes.
I’m a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) Candidate, will take my exam this summer, and I'm looking to grow in the forensic rehabilitation field. While I don’t have direct forensic experience yet, I’m eager to learn how vocational evaluation intersects with legal systems, expert testimony, and case consulting. I’m actively seeking a mentor who can help me better understand the field and guide my next steps.
On a personal note, I enjoy reading, walking, volunteering with youth organizations, and traveling for cultural inspiration and renewal. These passions fuel my desire to help others find clarity and purpose in their own journeys.
If you’re experienced in forensic rehab or vocational consulting in legal contexts, I’d love to connect and learn from your insights.
