Dear IARP of the Carolinas,
Last week you were informed of some recent developments regarding our Chapter’s tax exempt status (see attached letter). In order to rectify this situation, our membership needs to approve the “Articles of Incorporation” (see attached) before submitting to the State of North Carolina.
