REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR THE WASHINGTON STATE IARP CONFERENCE on May 16, 2019 and May 17, 2019!
The 2019 WA-IARP Conference will take place at the Emerald Queen Casino conference center building which is completely separate from the main casino building and is smoke free. You will earn 15 CEUs if you attend both days of the conference. IARP Members can get the early bird registration cost for both days for ONLY $120 (same rate as 2018)! Early bird registration ends on 4/14/19. Conference costs for other categories are outlined below:
One Day Registration: Thursday or Friday
Early Bird Rate (through April 14, 2019): Members: $75.00/Non-Members: $200.00
Normal Rate Members (April 15, 2019): $115.00 / Non-members: $240.00
Two Day Registration: Thursday and Friday
Early Bird Rate (through April 14, 2019) Members: $120.00 / Non-members: $365.00
Normal Rate Members (April 15, 2019): $200.00 / Non-members: $445.00
Thursday Night Networking Event: Members: FREE / Non-members: $20

Emerald Queen Casino Hotel has 30 rooms reserved for the conference attendees. If you want to ensure that you have a room to stay at the EQC Hotel, please make your reservation by 4/26/19; the rooms will be released to the public at that time.
Please note that EQC hotel allows smoking. If you would rather not stay at the EQC, there are a number of neighboring hotels where you can stay. The conference room rate is $109 + tax. You can use the booking ID # 9614 when booking a room at EQC. You can contact EQC at 1-888-831-7655 to make a room reservation.
