TITLE: COVID-19 - Challenges and Coping

WHAT: Dr. Nora Kris Marks from Columbia Basin Psychological Services will address some of the barriers we face in helping workers navigate loss and how the Covid-19 pandemic may add to or amplify these barriers. She will discuss how she helps workers identify vocational barriers using a worker centric approach. We will also learn about techniques for self-care in our professional and personal roles, as this is important. Credits will be available for 1.0 hour (for CRC, CDMS, ABVE)!
