The IARP Forensic Section Board of Directors proudly announces the inaugural Forensic Section White Paper publication for use of all members for understanding, knowledge, and marketing purposes for Rehabilitation Professionals who practice in Forensic settings.
The Forensic Section White Paper is intended as a tool for Rehabilitation Professionals to share their unique background and skill sets in litigated matters with stakeholders who may benefit from their involvement.
The Forensic Section White Paper data is derived from 2023 survey results from IARP Forensic Section members.
The Forensic Section White Paper includes information on education levels, degree subject matter, certifications, continuing education requirements, membership in professional organizations, publications, subsets of professional knowledge, and experience levels in various types of legal proceedings.
The Forensic Section White Paper offers explanation of member knowledge of Rules of Evidence, Expert Witness protocol, and the value addition of retaining Rehabilitation Professionals with specific knowledge bases and experience in legal proceedings.
The Forensic Section White Paper was reviewed by the IARP Executive Board and granted endorsement for distribution, publication, and use on 1/22/2024.
