    This training will cover Intro to being a VE in Social Security Setting through Advanced VE Training in Social Security settings. At the conclusion of these presentations, attendees:

    1. Will be able to identify the key references needed to do work as a SSVE
    2. Application of reference material, such as VE Handbook, Social Security Rules, POMS and other materials
    3. Attendee will gain knowledge of the bases of testimony. Testimony support. How job numbers are arrived at. The guidelines for Transferability under Social Security Rules.
    4. Practical application of skills. How to use what is learned in a hearing. Why based on "based on my experience" is not enough anymore.
