Are you receiving IARP emails?
Add us to your email whitelist (address book / safe sender list):
You're important to us, so we'd like to make sure you stay in the loop. To ensure our emails continue to reach your inbox, please add our email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) to your address book or whitelist of accepted email senders to ensure you receive the latest news from IARP.
IARP sends several emails each month. If you are not receiving the emails, check to make sure that you are opted in to recieve our emails, and that our address is whitelisted.
Unfortunately we are not in a position to control email providers' spam filters, but here are AOL’s spam settings and information that can help resolve AOL problems:
Contact your IT:
If you are unable to set your email settings to whitelist IARP, please reach out to your IT department/person to have them whitelist our email address (email@example.com).
Have you stopped receving your Connect subscription emails?
Please follow these steps.
- Log in to connect
- Go to My Account/Email Preferences
- If there is a tan box stating there is an issue with your address, click the “fix the issue” button. This should help you to start getting emails again from IARP connect. See picture:
