The IARP Wisconsin Board of Directors unanimously passed proposed changes to the Board Member at Large terms of service, which now read as follows:
4.2.3 Two At-Large Directors shall be elected by vote of the members and shall serve for terms of two years or until a successor is elected. An At-Large Director will be elected to fill a two-year term in 2012; a successor will be elected every even-numbered year. Another At-Large Director will be elected to fill a two-year term in 2013 and the successor will be elected on the odd-numbered years.
