  • 1.  Looking for case manager in/around Illinois

    Good morning everyone! I am looking for a case manager to help with selecting a health plan and coordinating services needed for a gentleman who had a legal case that resolved recently. This individual lives in Decatur, Illinois. Does anyone have any recommendations for someone who might be able to assist him in or around that area? Appreciate any suggestions!

    He runs the Rehabilitation Counseling program at U of Illinois Champaign Urbana which is less than an hour from Decatur, so there are most likely graduates in the area that are doing Voc Rehab services.     If you cannot find a CM within, try https://aginglifecare.org/ and you can search for  life care managers who do all those things and more.
