    Dear Colleagues
Many of you may be aware that the accreditation organization for rehabilitation counselor master's and doctoral degree education programs changed in 2017 when CORE merged with CACREP. CACREP accredits over 900 counseling programs and is in need of site reviewers who have experience in rehabilitation counseling. We hope that you will consider serving in this role and please forward the announcement below to anybody you know who may be interested in serving as a site reviewer.
    thanks!
    Sonia

CACREP is seeking to expand the number of approved site visit team members. CACREP has a high need for site visitors with experience in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling and/or Rehabilitation Counseling, and we also welcome applications from all who are interested, regardless of specialty area(s).

CACREP encourages you, your colleagues, and/or recent doctoral program graduates to submit a Team Member Application Form. This important national service contributes to quality assurance and quality enhancement for counselor education programs across the country. As a site visitor, you will learn about the CACREP accreditation process, observe firsthand the variation in how counselor education programs go about meeting the CACREP Standards, and network with fellow counselor educators on the site visit teams.
