don't use this test and am reviewing a report from a vocational expert. I have read the following statement "he was below the 1st percentile level which would show that the IW cannot perform production work or any fast paced activity with the hands". With no hand injury, would this "score" sound realistic/reasonable? Is there any information about persons sabotaging this test? Is sabotage easy to do in this test? I'm trying to determine why IW would score so low if here is no hand injury.
