    Kenfield Consulting will be facilitating job development distance learning opportunities for members in September. The month of September is being dedicated to advanced learning for the experienced job developer. Courses begin with Predict Your Success on September 8th and end with the Advanced Marketing and Sells Series scheduled for September 20th, 21st and 22nd. In between the experienced job developer will learn how to increase their skills in Job Scoping vs. Job Matching, September 13th, and Overcoming Overselling the Candidate, September 14th.     Kris came out and spoke at a recent IARP-Texas all-day seminar to talk about the science of motivation in its application to job development and employment outcomes. If I can find time in my schedule, I'll certainly register for one of these webinars.
