Similar to my previous post (sought a CRC in WVA), I am looking to add a CRC to our team that is in or around NYC. My company is expanding (especially in NY) and I need additional coverage for NY claims.
I seek previous court/testimony experience and general knowledge/experience of work comp in NY. Our RTW model does not require much of the CRC's time as our staff in the background locates jobs. CRC's schedule needs to be flexible to forward job leads promptly.
