I have a potential case with an injured worker under Delaware workers' comp jurisdiction, but now residing in south-central PA. The referral source is requesting a labor market survey. I reviewed the State of Delaware's website; Title 19, Chapter 23 but there is nothing specific to vocational services with regards to labor market surveys to assess earning capacity.  I did see a couple of specific cases listed on a Delaware attorney's website that reference the use of a vocational consultant to assess earning capacity. Does anyone have recent experience with vocational services in a DE workers comp case ?
