Seeking Tampa FL Area Attorney

    Good afternoon, All.

A lifelong friend recently relocated from Massachusetts to Largo, Florida to retire.  She slipped and fell in water in a Walmart store yesterday and sustained some injuries that sound as though they may be significant.  She has been reluctant to go to an ER but I believe she will go today because she's just beginning to realize that she may need medical attention.  She has cuts, bruises and what sounds like a groin muscle injury.  A representative from Walmart called and gave her a claim number to use if she goes to the hospital or a doctor.  She hasn't been in FL long enough to get a PCP yet so the ER seems like the best bet right now.

Her retiree neighbors are encouraging her to call an attorney who advertises on local television because he 'reportedly' knows the best doctors to go to.  Ugh.

I have no idea whether her injuries are serious enough to warrant any kind of a claim/lawsuit but she is genuinely hurt and I'd prefer that if she chooses to contact an attorney for advice that she contact the most reputable attorney possible.  Am hoping some of you Floridian VE's may have some suggestions.

Any suggestions in the Tampa area - preferably in or very near Largo - would be appreciated.  Please feel free to contact me privately.
