We know the importance of Job v Occ identification for many of our Disabiity contracts. Some of us still use a combination of the DOT, OOH, and O*NET to cross walk over. So I am asking the never ending question - what else is out there NOW that is nationally recognized that we can use? I want to move away from the DOT but find resistance from my staff who feel that even while it is old, it has info nothing else does.
What are you all using out there?!
