Across the broad spectrum of care management, superb organizations, programs and individual case managers are working to improve the quality of healthcare every day. The Case In Point Platinum Awards was created to bring to the forefront the programs that best educate and empower patients, improve adherence and wellness, solve challenges, improve quality care and contain escalating costs.
The fourth annual Platinum Awards competition is now in progress and we invite organizations and individuals to enter their innovative and successful programs and people. Entries will be judged by professionals who are at the point of care. Finalists will be announced the last week of January, 2012. The Platinum Awards program culminates with a special celebration of the programs and people who are judged to be finalists. The Platinum Awards luncheon will be held in the spring of 2012 in the Washington, DC area where all finalists will be recognized and receive an award. The Award Winners in each category will also be announced. Finalists also receive recognition through industry press releases and will enjoy expanded coverage in Case In Point magazine as well as on the Dorland Health website dorlandhealth.com.
