Ohio BWC is in the process of requiring certifications for JSST and Job Placement Specialists. Ohio BWC did a survey and according to their survery providers with a sales background had a better success rate for RTW. Are certifications required for JSST and Job Placement specialists required in your state.? Any recommendations?
