Hello IARP Case Management Section Members:
Polls will open for the 2012 IARP Board of Directors election on this coming Tuesday, April 3. Tuesday each of you will receive an e-mail with information on how to vote. This election is conducted using an outside service, so you will not be able to vote through IARP Connect or rehabpro.org. Your ballot is personalized and secure, so I urge you to carefully read the instructions in your e-mail when you receive it.
It only takes a few minutes to vote and your participation is crucial. Polls will be open until Monday, April 30.
This year's election will feature something new. IARP HQ will be posting the biography and platform materials that each candidate provided with their nomination on IARP Connect. Candidates for national positions will each have a thread on every Section Discussion Group and candidates for Section Board positions will have a thread posted to the relevant Section Discussion Group.
The candidates will then be available for questions and discussion via IARP Connect through their individual threads in each Section Discussion Group. The intent is to provide you with an opportunity to learn about who is running for IARP leadership positions and to discuss the issues with each candidate. The interchange should help you with your decision making in this election.
