I am doing at TID evaluation. Another voc counselor also did one on this claimant several months ago, at the request of the claimant's attorney (This counselor found claimant is TID). I have a copy of that report.
Testing he did is: Kaufman Functional Academic Skills Test (K-FAST), Kaufman Brief Intelligence Test (KBIT-2), Wide Range Achievement Test, fourth edition (WRAT-4), Visual Object and Spatial Perception Battery (VOSP), Hand Function Sort, Spinal Function Sort, Wonderlic Personnel Test, Dot Counting Test. Included are the raw scores in his report as well.
My question is, is it acceptable to simply reference this prior testing as part of the data / information I am using to complete my evaluation? Or is it more advisable for me to re-test this claimant, using the same or similar tests?
I prefer to reference prior testing done and those results in my report. They are mostly positive results indicating claimant has average or above average scores or no impairment shown. I am throwing this question out there as I do expect to have to testify on this evaluation. I want to be sure that that this would hold up under testimony.
Thank you.
