Since 1985, Mr. Yuhas has been providing catastrophic case management and consultation services.
Provide medical and vocational case management services to individuals with catastrophic injuries and other injuries. Services include working directly with clients who have sustained a traumatic and/or acquired brain injury, amputation(s), spinal cord injury, burns, chronic pain, or multiple traumatic injuries.
Participates and collaborates with the inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation center team; attends team staffing; coordinates pre-admission, discharge planning, post-discharge, and long-term care. Develops and implements individualized catastrophic medical or vocational rehabilitation plans; coordinates prescribed medical services. Communicate with physicians, allied health professionals, attorneys, insurance adjusters, employers, federal and state governments, clients, and their families. Completes job analyses, vocational evaluations, vocational testing, and provides job placement assistance. Consults and determines labor market access, earning capacity, and employability.
