How do I access the Sessions?
There will be a login link on the conference webpage and an email will be sent out beforehand with the link. Below is a sample session:
Click on the "Launch Session" link and it will open a new window with that session.
What sessions will I have access to?
Since all sessions are being recorded, you will have access to all the sessions within your ticket item. For example, if you are registered for the Pre-Conference and Conference, you will have access to all 4 pre-conference sessions as well as the 23 breakout sessions, and 3 General Sessions. These will be available on the conference site.
How do I access the session handouts?
Underneath the "Launch Session" button there will be a link to the session handouts, slides, etc. that were provided by the presenter. If you see a session that does not have that link – it means the presenter chose not to share slides or handouts.
How do I use the platform?
For the conference, we will be utilizing zoom webinar. Upon launching the session, you will see the following layout.
You will automatically enter on mute. Only the host has the ability to unmute participants. In order to communicate with the other attendees and speakers, please utilize the following functions:
- Q&A: Submit your questions to the presenters through the Q&A function. There will be a moderator monitoring this window and will ask these questions as time allows during the presentation.
- Chat: You can select to either send a message to just the presenters (panelists) or to the attendees and presenters (panelists and attendees) (see below). This will be used for general discussion among attendees.
Audio not working?
Select the up arrow next to Audio Settings on the bottom left side of the screen. Here you can test your speakers, be sure the correct speakers are selected and switch to another audio source if needed.
How do I access the session handouts?
Handouts are located on the Conference website under the "Handouts & Resources" tab. There will also be a link under the session Launch button.
Credits:
Which Credits are available for each session?
On the website, the available credits for each session (both live and recorded) will be listed. Be sure to look before hand as some credits are only available for the live session.
We also have this information available here.
How do I complete the evaluations?
To qualify for continuing education credits (CE's) and nursing contact hours, you must attend the full session and complete an evaluation for each session attended. IARP will once again be partnering with Express Evaluations to complete evaluations and generate your CE certificate. To access Express Evaluations, click here. Your login credentials have been provided via email.
What is an evaluation Attendance Code?
The online evaluation system will require an Attendance Code for each session you attempt to evaluate. Use the Session Code Tracker to record the unique attendance code that will be announced at the end of each educational session.
How do I receive my credits after the conference?
Once you have completed your Session and Overall evaluations in Express Evaluations, a CE certificate will be generated in the Express Evaluations system with the number of credits earned.
Post Conference Recordings:
When will I have access to the conference recordings?
All conference sessions will be recorded. Check back a few weeks after the conference for the updated links to the recordings. An email will also be sent out to all attendees when the recordings are available.
How long will I have access to the sessions?
The recordings of the sessions will be available for three months post conference (through February 25, 2022).
How do I view the recorded sessions?
You will log back into the conference website. The button you clicked on to launch the live session will now say "Recorded Session". That should bring you to the recording.
