All cancellation requests must be submitted by email on or before Thursday, April 2, 2026 . All cancellations are subject to a $25 per person administrative processing fee. Requests for refunds after April 2, 2026 will be reviewed by the IARP WA Board of Directors on an individual basis. Requests must be received prior to April 2, 2026 by emailing the WA Board at iarpwaboard@gmail.com. Please provide an explanation of any extenuating circumstances and upload any supporting documents.
