16th Annual Workers Compensation Conference in Hershey
PA June 12 – 13, 2017 at the Hershey Lodge and Conference Center
The Pennsylvania Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (PARP), a chapter of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals is pleased to support this year's conference by coordinating continuing education credits.
This program will be approved for up to 10 hours for Certified Case Manager (CCM), and Certified Rehabilitation (CRC). These Continuing Education Credits are acceptable to meet the requirements for Professional Nurses in PA and NJ.

How to register for continuing education credits:
Complete this form and send it along with the processing fee of $60.00 payable to PARP no later than JUNE 5, 2016 to the address below. A processing fee will be waived for current PARP/ IARP members, but pre- registration is required.
