Dr. BiFulco earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. Dr. BiFulco completed his internship/residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Nassau County Medical Center and Stony Brook University, N.Y.
