Target Audience: Vocational counselors, nurse case managers, life care planners and other service delivery professionals who have clients applying for Social Security benefits and remain confused about the process.

This presentation takes you through the SSDI and SSI application and determination process as well as the appeal process. It identifies those factors that lead to some cases being approved at the initial application level while other applicants are denied multiple times.  It will also help you identify the information that Social Security is asking for when a request is made for your reports and records that can help or hinder your client’s case.
