    Dear Community, 

    This serves as the second and final reminder I will be sending through IARP. If you have considered completing the survey but have not yet done so, I kindly ask for your participation, as it will greatly help me reach my target response numbers. 

    • If you have already completed the survey, thank you, and please disregard this message. Additionally, if you know of any life care planners who may not have taken the survey and would like to, please feel free to share this notice. Your support is truly appreciated!

    Following review and approval by the IARP Executive Committee, I am pleased to invite you to take part in the research study titled "Methodological and Standards of Practice Concerns in Developing Life Care Plans: A Survey of Life Care Planning Practitioners." This study is part of my dissertation at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and aims to explore concerns related to standards of practice in life care planning.

    Your expertise and insights as a life care planning practitioner are invaluable to this research. By participating, you will contribute to a deeper understanding of the methodological and standards of practice concerns within our field.

    Participation Details:

    • The survey will take approximately 15–20 minutes to complete.
    • It includes 50 questions, with structured Likert-scale items and open-ended questions to gather qualitative insights.
    • Your responses will remain anonymous and confidential.
    • Upon completion, you will have the option to enter a raffle for one of three $50 Amazon gift cards as a token of appreciation.

    Your input will help shape future discussions and practices in life care planning, ensuring alignment with professional standards. This study seeks perspectives from certified and uncertified practitioners from diverse backgrounds, such as RNs, physicians, and vocational rehabilitation counselors, across the U.S. and Canada.
