  • 1.  Fair Health challenge

    In a recent depo the opposing side asked to see my contract with Fair Health, which he subsequently used to try and show that my numbers are not valid or admissible. Old news, I know. I did contact attorney Allison Schneiders at Fair Health and she addressed this. BUT, she also pointed out in our Fair Health contract section 7.5 that we do not share the contract unless specified exemptions exist. I wish I had read the contract more carefully, then I would not have submitted it, which would have saved a lot of questions and time! A lesson for next time....
