    Hello friends,

Is anyone familiar with the "Future Damage Calculator" for sale with the Lawyers and Judges Publishing Company?  Review of a screenshot indicates it may rely on itself for reliability and validity.  The lawyer assured me that "lawyers and judges use it", but this is coming from a lawyer who may very well like what it is has to say. Thoughts? I told her I've got resources for this sort of thing that are a little more vetted within our industry.

    Thanks!

I used it a few decades back. i have not seen others use it for years. Skoog is more commonly used:
Skoog, G. Ciecka, J. and Krueger, K. 2019. The Markov Model of Labor Force Activity 2012-2017: Extended Tables of Central Tendency, Shape, Percentile Points, and Bootstrap Standard Errors. Journal of Forensic Economics 28(1-2).
