Working with Iliostomy

I have a guy training in sedentary to light work but I am wondering if any of you know what other impact an iliostomy might have on sick leave, ability to actually perform to expected level due to multiple bags changes per day, interviewing difficulties by not being able to tuck in a shirt etc. If anyone is aware of any literature or research I would be appreciative if you would let me know. Thanks.
