David M. Soja, Founder & Owner of CRC Services, LLC
David M. Soja CRC, ABVE is a practicing private vocational rehabilitation consultant and vocational expert. He established CRC Services in 1981. As principal of his vocational firm, Mr. Soja brings more than 30 years of professional experience in the vocational domain of vocational rehabilitation assessment, return to work planning, job placement, employment and wage earning capacity assessment to both able-bodied and physically-mentally impaired individuals in our society.
Mr. Soja and his vocational consulting team focus their attention on serving the vocational needs of workers employed in public and private sector economies; as well as employers, insurance companies, governmental agencies, law firms and fact-finders; interested in understanding and resolving return-to-work and employment issues.
Consumers of CRC’s vocational services include war veterans, injured workers, unemployed individuals from company downsizing, litigants in contested workers compensation, personal injury, employment or divorce disputes; as well as young adults and students seeking vocational counseling and guidance for academic training and employment pursuit.
Mr. Soja has assisted injured state and federal employees, disabled war veterans, commercially insured workers compensation claimant’s and individual private-pay individuals in returning to gainful employment or obtaining necessary occupational skills training to restore their previous earning power.
In an emerging litigation culture, Mr. Soja has been called to testify in various courts on matters concerning employability, wage earning capacity and vocational rehabilitation mitigation.
Mr. Soja is nationally certified as a rehabilitation counselor, state licensed and board certified as a vocational expert and regularly presents on relevant vocational rehabilitation topics to academia, public seminars and in-service company trainings.
Mr. Soja received his Masters of Education and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study from Springfield College in the Graduate Program of Health Sciences and Rehabilitation Studies (1977). He also holds a Master of Science graduate degree in Clinical Psychology from American International College (1978).
