Marcos Molinar established his private vocational rehabilitation counseling practice, Vocational Foundations in 2004. He is a certified rehabilitation counselor and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1999, followed by a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2002 from the University of North Texas. Mr. Molinar most recently completed the Forensic Rehab Certificate program at George Washington University in August 2011. He has been working as a rehabilitation counselor since 2002, primarily in the area of clinical counseling for individuals with disabilities and assisting them return to work.
He continues to perform all aspects of vocational rehabilitation including clinical counseling, job shadowing, and forensic rehabilitation vocational expert work. Primarily he is part of an interdisciplinary team in neurorehabilitation assisting survivors of brain injury return to employment and has worked in this specialized field since 2004. He specializes in the development of realistic and appropriate rehabilitation plans for many different disabling conditions. Mr. Molinar is also Spanish speaking.
